Our concept album for FUSONG, a new musical I've written book & lyrics for (with music by Cecilia Lin  and based on Geling Yan's novel, "The Last Daughter of Happiness") is now available to stream! Honored to be named one of the NAMT Festival Committee's Recommended shows for 2025.

On September 19, Pan Asian Rep hosted a staged reading of my play "Empress Mei Li Lotus Blossom" in NYC and we had so much fun! Looking for a home for this comedy! And - I'm so honored to be honored by Pan Asian alongside Dian Dong and George Takei at their 49th Anniversary dinner where they are "Saluting Empowerment and Service" on October 16. Currently working on rebooting "The Dramatists Guild Presents: Talkback", sponsored by the Dramatists Guild Foundation, the podcast I've been hosting since 2018. We're in the midst of editing season 6, which is all about "Reinvention". My guests include my fellow Guild officers Amanda Green, Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, and Kristoffer Diaz, fellow Council members Lloyd Suh, David Henry Hwang, and Gretchen Cryer, and the Guild's Executive Director of Business Affairs, Ralph Sevush! Stay tuned. Look for an October 20 re-launch, distributed by the Broadway Podcast Network.

One of the great joys in my life has been advocating for equal access and building community in the entertainment industry and I'm excited to have launched the Asian American Theatre Artists Collective, uplifting and illuminating AAPI theatre artists across all disciplines. More info is here.
